The concept is a 7-course meal for each individual with many choices
Starter was a standard bacon and mushroom gratin for all
The gratin was accompanied with toasted butter bread

2nd Course SaladI chose prawn roll with pork floss (Very nice!)
I think Kelvin's choice was Farmboy splendor (Lettuce with chicken) - Not a very good choice... .JPG)
3rd course - Standard for all Grilled Mushroom (Delicious!)
Soups was so-so...
We ordered pumpkin and mushroom, both were disappointing... .JPG)
Main Entrees marinated lamb cutlet & slow cooked pork back ribs
Both were tender and tasty
Dessert
green tea cheese cake for me
(No green tea taste at all despite the intense green color...)
