Just realised that I have not posted photos taken on my birthday outing with Serene.
Serene asked me out for dinner on my birthday so we decided to dine at Crystal Jade @ Holland Village.
In the middle is Veeko, a very worthy friend. Too bad I speak very bad Cantonese otherwise I am quite sure we can become even closer friends.

Food Verdict: Food is so-so but it is a very nice place to hang out as the whole restaurant is bright and comfy. Most importantly, it is 24 hrs, great for leisure weekend.
I love Serene like my elder sis, she is the only friend that NEVER forget my Birthday and ALWAYS make effort to celebrate with me every single year! Love ya babe!!!

Nana Thai Again
Friday, 12th December 2008

Hee... Back to Nana Thai again the next day!
Today we skipped the fish so we can order from the more economical set menu.
This time we can have scallops with kailan. Yum... I love scallops!
One of the reason I want to eat Nana Thai again is for Kelvin to try my Favourite Dish that I keep raving about.
Pandan Cream Chicken - The reason why I am here, hee... .JPG)
Tom Yam Soup
I cannot drink the soup as one of my fingers was infected and swollen like hell... Haiz....

Dinner with Serene at Nana Thai Far East Plaza
Thursday, 11th December 2008
Nana Thai is Highly Recommended by Serene. It is a simple, family style and affordable restaurant.
Fried Kailan - Simple and Delicious
(If you are ordering from their Set Menus where you pay a fixed $ for a selection of different dishes, take the Kailan with Scallop as it would be more worth it. Fish were excluded from the Set so we ordered Ala-Carte instead.)
Emm... I think this is Thai style steam fish. Very appetising as the sauce is sweet and tangy with a little spiciness from the cut chillies. However, fish could have been just a wee more fresher.
Pandan Cream Chicken
My FAVOURITE!!! So yummy that I almost wanted to lick the plate. MUST-TRY!

Gary Birthday Early Celebration
Saturday, 30th August 2008
Early Surprise Party for Gary (specially organised by his sweet darling!)
Strawberry Cheesecake exquisitely designed and made by Kelvin's Friend (Mr Hiew) who owns a bakery in Hougang.
The overloaded steamboat!
A photo session before our swimming lesson (in the steamboat pool), hahaha...
